May 26th, 2007I have watched my wedding video 5 times since I received it on Friday. And like I predicted, I’ve cried at some point in the video all 5 times. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I knew when we spoke last June and I decided to hire you that my video would turn out to be amazing, but somehow you and Kelli managed to exceed my expectations. I can honestly say that hiring you both was the best wedding decision I ever made. I am so pleased. I don’t think there are enough happy words in the dictionary to describe how I feel about the video. I know that Brandon and I will cherish this for the rest of our lives. It’s going to be so priceless to us, our parents, and our future children. It’s nice to know that our kids can watch that one day and realize that there was a time in life when Mommy and Daddy were actually fun and carefree!
So far, my wedding day has been the happiest day in my life and getting to watch my video helps me re-live it over and over. I’m so happy that ya’ll were there to make that happen for us. Working with you has been such a pleasure and I am so blessed to have had both you and Kelli as a part of my special day. Thanks again!

Hi Bill!!!! I just wanted to tell you with our 1 yr. anniversary coming up how much I still love the video!!! It brings a tear to my eyes and smile to my face every time! I have been meaning to write you to say it again but have been a little distracted. I am 7 months pregnant with a little girl!!!!!! I also wanted to let you know we started a blog and at the right side there is a place for our fave sites and I made sure to put you on there with a link to your site, so I could recommend you to everyone!! Thought you might like to see it!! By the way . . . do you travel to St. Augustine?? My sister in law is getting married there next April!

December 29, 2006Aaron and I were both amazed when we received our wedding video! It is definitely the best investment that we made for our wedding. You aren’t going to be able to save your flowers, food, or music after your wedding. The only thing you will have are your pictures, and if you are smart your wedding video by Bill Nixon. Everyone had told us that you are going to feel like you are in a whirlwind the day of your wedding, and that it would go by really fast. Boy, were they right. It’s impossible to be the fly on the wall when you are the stars of the show. There are so many things that you don’t see that are happening that Bill captures.
Bill Nixon truly has a gift of artistic vision. He doesn’t just video the wedding, he makes it into your own personal movie. I cannot tell you how many tears have been shed watching our wedding video with family and friends. The best part was watching the video with my grandmother who couldn’t make it to the wedding because she is in a nursing home. If it wasn’t for Bill then she never would have gotten to experience what really happened that day. Aaron and I are really happy that we chose Bill Nixon. Bill is such a nice person to work with, and he always has a smile on his face. Most of the wedding I don’t even remember seeing him because he makes sure not to have the camera right in your face. Aaron and I definitely recommend Bill. We are grateful to have the best day of our lives filmed because of Bill, otherwise it would just be a distant memory. This way we can show our grand kids if we want! Thanks Bill!!!!

He took the time to make everything special, from the background music to the selection of stills from the video that he provided. Our photo montage that he also compiled was a huge hit at our rehearsal dinner. Speaking of rehearsal dinner, he even took the time to come and video the beautiful set-up there. His editing skills are wonderful and we were so pleased with the final results.
He picked the most amazing frames to turn into a separate CD full of still shots that were so beautiful that they brought tears to our eyes (much better even than our hired photographers’ pictures).
Bill truly cares about those who he works with and his passion shows in his finished product. There were a few things that we would have done differently in our wedding if we had it to do all over again, but we certainly would have picked the exact same videographer.
